CFF MALAYSIA 2nd WORK CAMP
DATE: 17th - 28th March 2008
DURATION: 12days

In the 2nd work camp, we made 3 groups and did work.

1) Leveling and a road Drainage trench
  We covered with gravel to the planned construction site of the orphanage (on the hill)
  in order to make a roadway.

Completed!!!

Preparation for making a drainage trench.

Bricks were piled up one by one along the road, and the drainage trench that had been hardened with cement was built.

2) Making a warehouse
  The bamboo house in the camper accommodations can use the space below because of the high
  floor type. The warehouse is built under the boy bedroom as a warehouse of the toolbox.

Leveling.

Assembling the pillar.

The wall was made, and a warehouse completed!

3) Making an incinerator

Leveling.

Making a foundation. (Concrete/pile up bricks)

An incinerator completed!

4) Others

We had a meeting.

Taking a picture before starting work.

Underground water springs up. Construction that pulls water here was not started this time.

5) Making a Memorial footpath

Making frames.

Include our wish.

6) Peace seminar

Sister Regina, who has become a nun in the age of the Japanese occupation.
Contents of the seminar were what Japanese army did in this place, and a message for peace.

7) Work camp finished!
